Screen printed or PermaPress is similar to die cut vinyl except it is used to print multiple colors and intricate artwork. The design is printed onto a decal and then pressed onto a garment with heat. PermaPress vinyl is often used when a design is too intricate or detailed to embroider. Screen printing is a method of printing using ink forced through a stencil onto a substrate and is the most common and economical way to print on t-shirts. With this method, we create a different screen for each color in your design, then print each color on your shirt one at a time. The end result is your graphic on the shirt as you would see it on the computer. Prints are durable and long lasting even after many washes.
Folding and Poly Bagging Services
After printing the garments, our QA team inspects each garment for quality control. They carefully fold each garment and place them in polybags. The parts are then carefully placed in a box and shipped to the customer. We get lots of compliments from our customers who say they love the way their products are packaged, as well as the artwork on our boxes!
