Do you provide international delivery?
The DSG workshop delivers all over the world via a third-party partner.
How to send us a file?
Make sure your image is of sufficient quality.
We recommend using a 300ppi image
(pixels per inch).

Price
All prices listed on our site are not final and may change at any time. Delivery and other charges are billed and displayed separately at checkout (or on the invoice, if applicable).

Are the designs and t-shirts washable?
All our t-shirts are guaranteed if they are washed as indicated.
Payment
Customers can choose to pay by direct debit,
by credit card, advance payment or any other method of payment.
The DSG workshop reserves the right to limit the method of payment selected by the customer depending on the value of the order,
the place of delivery or any other objective criterion.
The DSG workshop may entrust payment processing to a third party.
Delivery & Shipping
The DSG workshop guarantees the delivery of an order within three weeks (depending on the size of the order) following receipt thereof.
In general, products are shipped within a few days.
Standard delivery times are two to four days, but under certain circumstances,
delivery and shipping may take up to three weeks.
Since the items are customized,
unfortunately they cannot be returned.
On the other hand, if there is a problem with the article, take a photo then
contact us and we will send you another free of charge.
Remember to include a photo of the product and a description of the problem with it when contacting us.
This will greatly speed up the processing of your request.
